An optimised user flow that directs more users to affiliate product links.

Context

Mimi Hearing Technologies is a Berlin-based scale-up that allows you to perform a medical-grade hearing test via their app.

Problem

After taking a hearing test in the app, and finding out that they have hearing loss, users do not know what to do next. How can we provide hearing solutions intuitively?

Role

After noticing the issue in the app, I performed the UX audit below and emailed it to the CEO. He asked me to implement the suggested changes and in return, my startup, Overtone, was featured as one of the affiliate products.

Impact

We increased click through rates by 100% and over 1000 people joined the Overtone waitlist via the app.
